When people are confident in themselves they are more able to make a positive contribution to society. Being confident means you can stand up to bullies and people who do not behave appropriately. We all deserve to have good self-confidence and self-esteem. I believe tht the right mindset is 'I have a right to exist, the right to contribute'. By only working with psychologists who adhere to the highest standards of ethics and practice, my vision is to provide the best possible care and help to people so they can develop the skills to have the right outlook that will enable them to lead positive, happy lives'.
