Flower Associates have been providing child and educational psychology consultancy for over ten years.

Dirk Flower

Dirk gained his Masters and Diploma of Educational Psychology in New Zealand. He is a trained teacher and has expertise as a family therapist and relationship counsellor In 1993, having become Chartered with the British Psychological Society, Dirk established Flower Associates in London. He specialises in psychological assessment and helping parents deal with challenging children. He works with couples and individuals covering work stress and the circumstances arising from divorce, access arrangements and difficult family situations.

Susan Camm

Sue is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist whose specialist skills include psychological assessment and working therapeutically using a cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) approach in the context of: depression; anxiety related issues; post-traumatic stress and specific phobias.
Sue works with both adults and children.

Stefania Grbcic

Stefania, a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, specialises in stress management. Her preferred therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioural therapy and cognitive coaching. Stefania has worked clinically in a variety of organisational and medical settings – she held the position of an honorary consultant for the Maudsley Hospital, London, Business and Life Coach for a number of blue chip companies, specialist lecturer in cognitive behavioural therapy and stress management, as well as an editor for an international mental health website, writing and publishing numerous articles in the fields of depression, stress and anxiety. Furthermore, she has presented at several national conferences on a therapeutic approach for PTSD, and has made media appearances in her role as an anger and stress management specialist. Stefania has extensive experience in delivering psychological assessments, providing cognitive behavioural therapy to children and adults, stress management, as well as life, business and executive coaching.
